In recent weeks we have been contacted by a number of clients of other hair replacement centres who have been told that either their service may be affected in the aftermath of the closure or even worse that their hair supplies may not be available.

By working with a large number of suppliers around the world we can ensure continuity of supply as well as the same level of customer care and support that Hair Technology International is reknowned for.

At Hair Technology Linternational we always try to plan ahead and make sure that we are able to be there for our clients when others cannot be.

Obviously the current situation with the Coronavirus remains very difficult but our aim is continue providing the excellent level of service our first class reputation suggests.

In line with Government advice we have reassigned the members of staff into two seperate teams – one for the start of the week and the other for the end of the week. The reason for this is to prevent us having to close if we have any contact with the illness. Hopefully this won’t happen but we are trying to protect the essential services we offer as much as possible.

This can only be done because of our dedicated team members so a big thank you to them all – Margaret, Cherylann, Sara, Caitlin, Michelle, Yvonne and Nadine. Obviously having such a vast wealth of experience means we are in a strong position to look after all our clients but if you are a hair replacement client elsewhere and are worried about what happens in the event of your supplier having to close due to the virus, now might be a good time to speak to us.

Since we officially reopened we have heard from many clients of other hair replacement centres worried about what the future might hold – unfortunately no one can be sure but with over 25 years’ experience and such a great team behind us, we promise that we will always be there to look after you.
